Death Row Dogs Rescue

Death Row Dogs Rescue is a 100% all-volunteer, no-kill rescue 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are run solely by volunteers who dedicate their time and resources to rescuing homeless pets from the streets and animal shelters who are often moments away from being euthanized. We provide housing, medical care and training to these neglected, abused and often severely injured animals.
All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible.

For the past 26 years we have been dedicated to saving dogs on death row in the city and county shelters as well as saving abandoned, neglected and abused dogs in Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas.

LOST "SOPHIE"

LOST DOG EMERGENCY! $1,000 REWARD
Sophie is an 8 lb., 1 1/2 yr. old Terrier mix. Last seen Friday evening 3/9/12 in Culver City (near Washington Blvd. & Inglewood Blvd.) Not far from Marina Del Rey & Venice. Our sweet little girl is still out there somewhere and we and her adopted parents are devastated and frantic! She could be anywhere by now!

FEATURED DOG

Tea (photo on the right) is an adorable, 5 yr. old, 15 lb., Long Haired Chihuahua/Tibetan Spaniel mix. She is very happy, loves all people and is very affectionate and her best attribute is she is very calm and mellow.
She's very smart, gets along with other dogs her size (she is afraid of big dogs). Tea is blind but she knows how to use the doggie door and HER BLINDNESS DOES NOT AFFECT HER AT ALL AND ACTS LIKE ANY OTHER DOG WHO HAS SIGHT.
She walks well on leash right by your side and loves to go for walks. She likes to cuddle with you while you're watching TV.
Tea is healthy, housetrained, spayed, current on all vaccines and micro-chipped.

Death Row Dogs Rescue can offer advice and we can try to help you place your dog in a safe, loving home IF YOU ARE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA and you are willing to keep the dog until he or she is placed.
